Nothing gets deleted. When you hit your plan's contact allowance (500 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro, 100,000 on Business) you won't be able to add or import new contacts until you upgrade your plan or remove contacts you no longer need. Your existing contacts and scheduled sends are unaffected.
Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time - no calls, no notice period. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your contacts, campaigns, and templates stay in place.
Every individual email delivered to a contact counts as one send. A campaign sent to 2,000 contacts uses 2,000 sends, and emails sent by sequences and waitlist confirmations count too. Your send allowance resets at the start of each billing month.
No. AI tweak and subject line test allowances reset each month and unused ones don't carry over. If you regularly run out, higher plans carry much larger allowances - Pro includes 500 AI tweaks and 250 subject line tests a month, and Business includes 2,000 and 1,000.
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe - we never see or store your card details. VAT and sales tax are calculated automatically at checkout, and plan changes are prorated by Stripe so you only ever pay the difference.
